To connect, you need the secret key for your existing account, which starts with “S.” If you enter an invalid key, you won’t be able to click “Activate.”
Unfortunately, if you don’t have a valid secret key, we can’t help you connect an existing account.
If you have a valid secret key, and you’re still having trouble connecting a Stellar account, write to us: firstname.lastname@example.org. Do not send us (or anyone else) your secret key. StellarX will never ask you for your secret key.
